The show must go on!

In June, as always, we entered the holy ground,

But it felt so empty, no soul to be found!

Although the stage, lighting and lasers were there,

we missed the crowd, the buzzing atmosphere…

But still we took out our equipment and stuff,

Staying silent wasn’t going to be enough!

We live for the bass, to feel it in our bones,

Let’s set up the pyro and take out the drones..

Missing our fans, had made us sad,

But this is Defqon.1 , so let’s all go mad!

With shivers running through our spine,

We kept faith, and put the show online..

There we found our family, all of orange hearts

This natural force could never keep us apart!

We were overwhelmed by our fans response

and sensed the worldwide resonance,

A positive force in a time of uncertainty and chance

United in Hardstyle, the base, the soul of Q-dance!

There was only one message we could give with Defqon 1:
